| Instruction for use | Surface preparation: Surfaces to be coated must be sound, clean and free of oil or grease. Any oil or grease contamination should be removed with a proprietary chemical degreaser. If the surface is dusty, it should be primed with a coat of Ozone Bitucoat, diluted with an equal quantity of cool, clean water and allowed to dry. Application: Ozone Bitucoat may be applied by brush, broom or squeegee. It is recommended that one or two coats should be applied depending on the degree of protection required. Allow a minimum of 2 hours between coats. Where the Ozone Bitucoat is to take a screed, the second coat should be blinded with clean, dry sharp sand as soon as applied. The excess sand should be brushed off when the coating has dried. Curing: 7 days. 2 Coverage:0.3-0.5kg/m (Depends on the substrate). |

| Cleaning & Disposal | Ozone Bitucoat may be removed from tools and equipment with water when it is wet. On drying may be removed with N-Solvent. Do not dispose off in to water or soil but according to local regulations. | ||||||||||||||||
| Precautions/Limitations | Ozone Bitucoat is not flammable. N-Solvent is flammable. Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not use near a naked flame and do not smoke during use. | ||||||||||||||||
| Health & safety | Ozone Bitucoat contains bituminous material. Possible risk of irreversible effects in contact with skin. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye / face protection. Barrier creams provide additional skin protection. Should accidental skin contact occur, remove immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately- do not induce vomiting. |

WARRANTY: Ozone products are guaranteed against defective materials and manufacture and are sold subject to their standard terms and conditions of sale. Ozone makes no warranties, implied or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for ordinary or particular purposes of its products and excludes the same. If any Ozone product fails to conform to this warranty, Ozone will replace the product at no cost to the Buyer. Replacement of any product shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available and the buyer shall have no claim for incidental or consequential damages. Any warranty claim must be made period from the date of the claimed breach. Ozone does not authorize anyone on its behalf to make any written or oral statements which in any way alter Ozone’s installation information or instructions in its product literature or on its packaging labels. The user of the Ozone products must test the products for suitability for the intended application and purpose before proceeding with the full application of the products.
