Description Ozone SP-430 is a ready to use naphthalene based, high range water-reducing and slump retention
admixture for concrete. Ozone SP-430 increases early concrete strength as well as ultimate strength.
Ozone SP-430 can be used to produce increased concrete slump or to significantly reduce water demand
for a specific slump.

Instruction for use Dosage: 0.6-2.0 Ltr/100kg of cement. It is advisable to carry out trial mixes to establish the exact dosage
rate required.
Dispensing: Ozone SP-430 should be added to gauging water prior to its addition to the dry mix
concrete or separately to the freshly mixed concrete. When added separately to the freshly mixed
concrete further mixing time of 2-3 minutes should be given.
Placing: The standard rules of good concreting practice for production and placing must be observed
when using Ozone SP-430 concrete.
Curing: Fresh concrete must be cured properly. Use Ozone CureCrete or wet hessian.
Compatibility: Ozone SP-430 is compatible with all types of cement.
Effect of overdosing: When accidental overdosing occurs, the retardation of initial set air content and
workability increases. During this period the concrete must be kept moist in order to prevent premature
drying out.

technical assistance on site.
Cleaning & Disposal All tools and equipment should be washed with water immediately after use. Do not dispose of into water
or soil but according to local regulations.
Precautions/Limitations Do not allow freezing. Shake well before use.
Health & safety In case of contact with the skin, wash immediately with soap and water, In case of contact with the eyes rinse
immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed seek medical attention
immediately, do not induce vomiting. Skin barrier cream, safety goggles, and rubber gloves are
recommended.

Ozone makes no warranties, implied or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for ordinary or particular purposes of its products and excludes the same. If any Ozone product fails to conform to this warranty, Ozone will replace the product at no cost to the Buyer. Replacement of any product shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available and the buyer shall have no claim for incidental or consequential damages. Any warranty claim must be made period from the date of the claimed breach. Ozone does not authorize anyone on its behalf to make any written or oral statements which in any way alter Ozone’s installation information or instructions in its product literature or on its packaging labels. The user of the Ozone products must test the products for suitability for the intended application and purpose before proceeding with the full application of the products.
